Your family's information stays yours.
3 Heart Labs is a family organization service run by Matt Smith in Yuba City, California. This policy explains what we collect through this website and through our work with families, and how we protect it.
What we collect on this website
- When you use the contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, location, best time to talk and your message.
- Our website host (Netlify) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to run and secure the site.
- We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to you and schedule your free call.
- If you become a client, to deliver the service described in your agreement.
- We never use your information for anything unrelated to your inquiry or your project.
How we protect families we work with
- Everything we build lives on accounts you own and control, not ours.
- We use only the guest or shared access you grant, and you remove it at handoff. We never ask for passwords by email or text.
- We never log into bank, investment or payment accounts, and we never move money.
- We don't keep copies of your documents. Our working notes are deleted within 30 days after your support window ends, unless you ask us in writing to keep them.
- Your Personal Assistants run on your own accounts with the AI provider (for example Anthropic's Claude), under that provider's terms. AI assistants are for adults 18 and over.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matt@3heartlabs.com or call or text 530-633-7224, and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
